I’m considering using Bluehost for my new website and wanted to get some up-to-date feedback. I’ve heard mixed things about them, so I’m curious about recent experiences.
Can anyone share their reviews of Bluehost for 2023? How are their hosting services, customer support, and overall reliability? Any pros or cons I should be aware of?

Our worst investment to date was in Bluehost. The assistance is poor and the service is sluggish.
I recently canceled my BlueBost subscription. Too many occurrences. Additionally, not a single agent speaks English. It’s entirely delusional. Our website is called something else, and so is our username. We persisted in requesting that they add website protection to our website. They consistently affirm that they will. Next, we make the $400 payment. And the receipt is shown. And, behold, what was seen. Rather than our domain, they secured our username. Next, there is a hack. Let’s get in touch to get it fixed. They demand $300 from us. We inform them that’s already covered by our plan. The malware then vanishes inexplicably. We are requesting a refund as a result of their breach of promise. They claim that because it has been more than 30 years, they can only offer credit.
