I know I wanted to know if there is any way to achieve this on WordPress as well
Hi Senior web dev here These are called Cum loaders
That feels like a fancy word for splash screen
You made me wait for 10 mins thinking that there’s something loading
Shimmer library in Android

It’s a frontend thing unrelated to your CMS It’s usually a design choice to balance user feedback and loading of some parts of an app

You should ask in this forum but it kind of depends on how you’re running front end rendering Are you using a page builder A block theme A classic theme
Are you writing your own code or just pulling together plugins
Lots of questions need answering before anyone can help
Or you could just read the docs of some ui/component library and try it yourself since you know your tech stack

If you’re not using async loading assets in WordPress which isn’t common then really you don’t need it since they would download as fast as normal content
I personally call it a bunch of nonsense and an arrogant waste of transistors
