It’s a frontend thing unrelated to your CMS It’s usually a design choice to balance user feedback and loading of some parts of an app

You should ask in this forum but it kind of depends on how you’re running front end rendering Are you using a page builder A block theme A classic theme

Are you writing your own code or just pulling together plugins

Lots of questions need answering before anyone can help

Or you could just read the docs of some ui/component library and try it yourself since you know your tech stack

If you’re not using async loading assets in WordPress which isn’t common then really you don’t need it since they would download as fast as normal content
