Edit 2: Clearly, you didn’t like that cookie. So I’ve swapped it for a tastier one!
I kept seeing super sleek 3D models like Rubik’s cubes and animals that don’t relate to the app at all, so I thought, I have this open-source cookie consent manager for React, why not a cookie? And now my landing page has a cool, totally unnecessary, but really satisfying spinning cookie.
Does it boost conversions? No idea.
Does it take away from the actual product? Maybe.
Does it make me smile? For sure.
