After working with several startups, I’ve created a simple way to quickly validate SaaS ideas. The main thing is to focus on the crucial features and test your assumptions early. I usually set up a minimum viable product in 30 days to get real user feedback fast. Is anyone else here working on a SaaS project? I’m happy to share tips on validation and fast development.
Hi, I’m actually working on an MVP. I developed the main features in two weeks, but I think it needs more. I sent cold emails to potential users for feedback and posted on this forum, and I got one response, but I need more.
How is your validation process?
Can you share some tips on how I can start web development?

I don’t want to be rude, but what’s the point of this post if you’re not sharing publicly?

I’ll share it with you, but I prefer to keep it in private messages.
I validate ideas without building anything in a few days.

The idea might be validated, but not the product. You still need user feedback, don’t you think?

The product is the idea. User feedback is needed to improve things. First, you need validation from users which you can gather upfront. If nobody is willing to pay or use your product, there’s no need to build it.
Once you know people will pay for or use it, then you can build and collect feedback for improvement.
@Angel
I agree, and maybe I worded it in a way that was hard to understand. But by how I validate my idea, I meant not just the idea but the product too.
