Looks really good and professional! Collecting feedback from users is important to know their needs. Good luck with your project!

Thanks a lot! Would you be open to do a live testing when I launch it?

Sure! When are you going to launch? What’s the name?
I haven’t come up with one. This project is mostly for myself. I built over 10 SaaS projects, but none worked out. Managing all these projects was a bit messy. I didn’t want to use Trello or simple note-taking apps, so I started building this tool for people with similar issues. I haven’t launched yet; hopefully, this weekend!

Definitely launch as soon as possible! It looks promising!
Will do, but I doubt anyone would use it! I’m resolving bugs and gathering feedback.
I like the look and feel, but I need to ask— you DO know what minimalist means, right?

Thanks! I won’t pretend to know, but the definition can vary! Please share any constructive suggestions.
The UI elements look nice individually, but the overall page isn’t very minimalist. Here are some thoughts:
- Consider using tabs for categories like “tasks”, “secrets”, etc. It’ll give them space and clarity.
- If you have hundreds of tasks, will you need to scroll to see milestones?
- Direct permalinking to specific tasks is important.
- An overview page needs to offer easy paths to more detailed sub-views instead of showing everything at once.
- Maybe replace the multiple pen icons in the header with a single “Edit project” button?
- Rename “share your story” to something clearer, like “Share progress report”.
- What’s a milestone? It seems redundant with tasks— perhaps they should relate to task progress?
- Remove the dark mode button and set a theme on the settings screen instead.
I like the UI, but the colors and shadows make it less minimalist. Just my opinion; your UI does look good!

Thanks!
I like the styling; however, it feels busy. Minimalism emphasizes focusing on one function at a time.

I see features as granular tasks, similar to writing unit tests. The UI is for managing multiple projects, displayed here for one.
Overall it looks great, but the icons in the “expected to launch” line seem misaligned with the others.

It looks better on larger screens!
Looks nice! Do project links and notes have more box shadow than other elements? Are they more important?
